The proposed layout includes additional parking, stormwater treatment, trailer stalls and lighting; MSA staff confirmed portable toilets and lighting are included in the plan materials but a commissioner pointed out the drawings did not clearly show a trash receptacle and asked staff to verify placement.
Commissioners had no substantive objections to the layout but requested staff confirm trash-receptacle locations and other site amenities to limit litter impacts on parklands. Staff said they would check details and report back as the DNR process advances toward permitting and procurement.
