Red Bank council adopts sidewalk-sign rules; introduces redevelopment, police and salary ordinances

Ordinance 2026-12 would amend the borough salary ordinance; council approved introduction on unanimous roll call.
Each introduction carried a unanimous roll-call vote; the council set public hearings for the redevelopment and police ordinances on May 14. Officials said the sidewalk-sign ordinance had been introduced on April 9 and proceeded to final reading as scheduled.
