The chair reported that Mr. Zimmerman had forwarded the city’s agenda for an upcoming joint city–county meeting and ran through the main items on the list.
According to the chair, the proposed agenda includes: city–county cleanup statistics, a homeless task force update, a True Brigade bridge update, a Grant Avenue update and discussion of RERC (regional economic resources for rural communities). The chair said Mr. Zimmerman then added three more items: a military liaison (Mac military liaison), a marketing campaign and data centers.
The chair also said they needed the chairman's signature on documents related to the joint meeting and expressed appreciation for proactive work on military affairs during a period of command changes. No substantive debate on those agenda items was recorded in the transcript; they were listed for inclusion on the joint meeting agenda.
Teresa was asked if she had anything further and replied, “No, I don't have anything else.” The chair then adjourned the session.
