During the public comment period, Catherine Lewis of 612 Aaron, Weatherford, told the council that the Park and Foster crossing can become "a game of chicken" for pedestrians and drivers and requested the council consider safety improvements. She also raised concerns about low-income housing and urged collaborative community efforts to prevent homelessness. The council thanked her for the remarks; no formal direction or immediate action on the public-commented issues was recorded during the meeting.
