Staff introduced the proposal and noted applicant Chad attended the meeting to answer questions. Staff praised the vendor’s previous support and experience, saying the board "can't speak highly enough of Chad and the Brewfinity team." Chad told the board the 2025 season faced site-specific challenges — including road closures and park repairs — and that the company proposes focusing on one park per month in 2026 to build attendance.
Board members discussed operational details including serving from the Lakefront Pavilion for water-ski event nights (which would avoid parking a trailer on site), sandwich-board signage and a reusable banner to advertise rotating locations. Staff suggested advertising banners be moved between parks to provide about three weeks of notice before events.
A motion to approve the schedule was made, seconded and carried with no recorded opposition. Staff will proceed with permit logistics and signage plans ahead of the 2026 season.
