Commissioner Lindsey Allison moved approval of Resolution 2026-01-12-11; the motion passed unanimously.
The agreement records project identifiers (STPBH‑0038(555); CPMS Ref# 100081290) and authorizes the county chair to execute the agreement on behalf of the county. The resolution states the agreement will be kept on file in the county once fully executed.
