Acting Chairman Kottke requested that Land Resources and Parks staff member Andy O'Brion accompany the Board on on-site inspections and attend related public hearings. The minutes record that the Board viewed the following properties to collect facts for presentation at a public hearing: the Rodney & Rosalyn Weis Living Trust parcel (Lot 2, CSM 6465; part of GL 2, NE¼, SE¼, Section 21, T13N, R13E, Town of Fox Lake) with site address N10634 Howard Drive (PIN 018-1313-2141-011), and the Brian Steiner parcel (Lot 7, Block 2, Burnett Junction; SE¼, SE¼, Section 16, T12N, R15E, Town of Burnett) with site address W6172 Main Street (PIN 006-1215-1644-011). The minutes state these inspections were to support public hearings; the document records a public hearing date of June 19, 2025, which precedes the July 10 meeting as recorded in these minutes.
