Dodge County Board of Adjustment schedules Nov. 13 public hearing after approving prior minutes

The Dodge County Board of Adjustment met Nov. 6, 2025, in Room 302 of the Administration Building in Juneau and approved its Oct. 16, 2025, minutes before scheduling an on-site inspection and public hearing for a property in the Town of Lomira.
Chairman William Nass called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and confirmed a quorum with members William Nass, Russell Kottke, Rodney Justman and Jon Schoenike present. Andy O'Brion of the Land Resources and Parks Department attended at the chairman's request.
Mr. O'Brion told the board the meeting had been properly noticed under the open meeting law and that required public hearing notices had been posted, mailed and published in accordance with statute and code requirements.
Jon Schoenike moved to approve the Oct. 16, 2025, meeting minutes as written; Rodney Justman seconded. The board voted 4-0 in favor and the motion carried.
Chairman Nass requested that Mr. O'Brion accompany the board on scheduled on-site inspections and attend the public hearings set for Nov. 13, 2025. The board examined facts for a future public hearing regarding property owned by Burt Bushke described as LOT 2 CSM 6389 IN V43 P150 BEING PT NE1/4 NW1/4, Section 32, T13N, R17E, Town of Lomira, Dodge County, located on N Bluemound Road. The parcel identification number is 030-1317-3221-005.
By order of the chair the board moved to adjourn the meeting; the motion carried.
The minutes were signed/submitted by Acting Secretary Russell Kottke and include a disclaimer that they may be approved, amended or corrected at the next committee meeting.
