Dodge County Board of Adjustment approves minutes, schedules site inspections for Oct. 16 public hearing

Chairman William Nass called the Dodge County Board of Adjustment to order at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 in Room 302 of the Administration Building in Juneau and confirmed a quorum.
Andy O'Brion of the Land Resources and Parks Department told the board the meeting had been properly noticed under the open meeting law and that required public hearing notices were posted, mailed and published in accordance with statute and code. The board reviewed the minutes from the Sept. 18, 2025 meeting; a motion to approve the minutes was made by Russell Kottke, seconded by Brad Kufalk, and carried 5-0.
Chairman Nass requested that Land Resources and Parks staff member Andy O'Brion accompany the board on upcoming on-site inspections and attend the public hearings scheduled for Oct. 16, 2025. The board inspected and recorded facts for a property listed as belonging to Darryl J. Prescher, described as LOT 1 CSM 1809 being part of SW1/4 and that part LOT 2 CSM 4113 being part of NE1/4 NW1/4, Section 4, T10N, R17E in the Town of Rubicon; the site address is listed as N 4740 S. Astor Road, PIN 038-1017-0424-000. The materials record that these site facts will be presented at a future public hearing.
By order of the chair the board moved to adjourn; the motion carried. The minutes were submitted by Mark Othmer, Secretary, with a disclaimer that the minutes may be approved, amended or corrected at the next committee meeting.
