Dodge County Board of Adjustment approves minutes, schedules Sept. 18 site inspections

The Dodge County Board of Adjustment met on Sept. 11, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 302 of the Administration Building in Juneau. Chairman William Nass called the meeting to order and Roll Call recorded members William Nass, Russell Kottke, Rodney Justman and Brad Kufalk present, with Larry Bischoff excused and Mark Othmer and Jon Schoenike absent; Chairman Nass noted a quorum was present.
Andy O'Brion of the Land Resources and Parks Department told the Board the meeting had been properly noticed under the open meeting law and that required notices for the public hearings listed on the agenda had been posted, mailed and published in accordance with statute and code requirements. No statutory citations were provided in the minutes.
Board member Rodney Justman moved to approve the Aug. 21, 2025 minutes as written; Brad Kufalk seconded. The Board voted 4-0 to approve the minutes.
Chairman Nass requested that Land Resources and Parks staff, represented by Andy O'Brion, accompany the Board on scheduled on-site inspections and attend the public hearings on Sept. 18, 2025. The Board recorded facts for a property owned by Jeffrey J. Graczyk described as the westerly 50 feet of Lot 18 of Derge's Lakewood Shore, part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 19, Town of Westford (site address N8364 County Road P, PIN 046-1214-1924-015). The Board also recorded a second site for review belonging to Jeffrey and Julie Reindl described as part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 23, Town of Lomira (CSM Volume 1, Page 191; site address N10829 County Road H; PIN 030-1317-2312-002).
By order of the Chair, a motion to adjourn was made and carried. The minutes were signed and respectfully submitted by Acting Secretary Russell Kottke. The Board is scheduled to hold public hearings on the recorded sites on Sept. 18, 2025.
