The Dodge County Board of Adjustment met March 5, 2026, in Room 302 of the Administration Building in Juneau and approved the minutes of its Jan. 15 meeting.
The board, chaired by William Nass, confirmed a quorum and heard a staff report from Gregor Willms of the Land Resources and Parks Department that the meeting and listed public hearings had been noticed in accordance with the open meeting law and applicable statute and code requirements. Russell Kottke moved to approve the Jan. 15, 2026 minutes as written; Rodney Justman seconded. The board recorded a 5-0 vote to approve the minutes.
Chairman Nass asked that Gregor Willms accompany board members on the upcoming on-site inspections and that county staff member Andy O'Briori attend the public hearings scheduled for March 12, 2026.
The board reviewed two parcels to collect facts for those future hearings. The first is Lot 4, Block 1, John Gutgesell's Plat of Sunset Beach, part of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 18 in the Town of Trenton (site address N8595 Sunset Beach Road; PIN 044-1214-1844-020). The second is Lot 14, First Addition to Del Bern Acres, part of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 14 in the Town of Fox Lake (site address W10230 Del Bern Acres; PIN 018-1313-1413-009).
By order of the chair a motion to adjourn was made and the meeting was adjourned. The minutes were noted as prepared and submitted by Mark Othmer, secretary. The board will proceed to the public hearings on March 12, 2026, where those parcels will be presented for formal consideration.
