Chairman Nordigian referred four communications to standing committees during the Kenosha County Board’s April 21 organizational meeting.
Communication 1, from the Public Works/Facilities Committee, was a resolution authorizing the execution of a Right of Entry Agreement with Camp Lake Airport, LLC for vegetation management and aircraft safety operations. Chairman Nordigian referred that item to the Public Works/Facilities and the Finance/Administration Committees.
Communication 2, from the Planning, Development & Extension Education Committee, was a resolution in support of the Federal Floodplain Enhancement & Recovery Act legislation to amend the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014. Chairman Nordigian referred that communication to the Planning, Development & Extension Education Committee for consideration.
Communication 3, from Andy Buehler, was a resolution authorizing execution of professional services agreements with the Village of Salem Lakes; Chairman Nordigian referred it to the Planning, Development & Extension Education Committee.
Communication 4, also from Andy M. Buehler and described as future items scheduled before the Planning, Development & Extension Education Committee, was received and filed by the chairman.
