Staff member Susan Kelso said she is managing leases and ACH form processing as part of the transition.
Committee members did not vote on additional spending at the meeting; staff described the immediate tasks as account transfers, vendor coordination for roof work covered by insurance, and lease administration. Staff will report further details as they complete the onboarding tasks.
