CRA moves regular meetings to fourth Monday to avoid overlap with commission agenda

The Palatka CRA voted to change its regular meeting date to the fourth Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m., so CRA meetings no longer coincide with the city commission agenda and commissioners have more time for CRA business.
Commissioners said the prior scheduling arrangement—CRA meetings occurring near the commission meeting—made it difficult to complete CRA business. A motion to return to meeting on the fourth Monday (the Monday prior to the second commission meeting) passed after clarifying which calendar Monday the body intended.
Staff and the clerk will confirm the calendar and notify commissioners and the public of the new schedule.
