Commissioner Don moved to approve the claims as presented but to exclude claim number 02604082 (to Caleb Scott for vaccinations, $799.72) pending additional research; the motion was seconded and carried on a roll call vote.
County staff said they will research the county’s historical practice and whether the state reimbursement or other grant sources will offset the cost. Commissioners noted the expense is budgeted in the emergency‑management line but requested confirmation of policy and precedent before approving the payment.
