The Springfield Township Committee approved a package of routine matters in open session. Members moved and adopted resolutions 254 through 259 as a group.
The committee approved a request from the New York Blood Center to hold a blood drive at Chisum Community Center on Monday, Dec. 29 (10 a.m.–8 p.m.), with a certificate of insurance on file, and approved a request from Troy Hill of the Springfield Condo Association to hold a community meeting on Monday, Dec. 1 (6–9 p.m.) at Chisum with insurance provided.
In finance business the committee moved and adopted payroll and invoices for the period Sept. 26 through Oct. 14, 2025 in the amount of $1,683,780.32; the motion was seconded and recorded as approved in the transcript.
These items were recorded in the meeting minutes during the open session and required no further action in public meeting according to the record.
