Professional development and implementation time were a recurring concern: Dr. Luck said the district is exploring flex summer trainings and adjustments to inservice scheduling so staff have time to practice and implement changes rather than simply hear about them. He noted that the district is trying to prioritize the student information system migration; moving from PowerSchool to Infinite Campus is a significant SIS project and the district has set implementation and training as a high priority.
