Planning staff told council they received four land development applications this month, three connected to a Seven Brew coffee drive‑thru proposed at an existing Simply Subs location: conditional use for the drive‑thru, lot consolidation with an adjacent two‑acre parcel, and the land development plan for demolition of the existing building and installation of the Seven Brew prefabricated structure. Staff said these items will go before the planning commission in March and then to council in April for a public hearing on the conditional use.
A separate application for a change of use at 2330 Wildwood Road (the former Automated Systems warehouse) seeks to reactivate the site for a manufacturing use after being vacant more than one year; staff noted the 45‑day review requirement and that council will review next month.
Council voted to refer the Seven Brew conditional use, lot consolidation and preliminary/final land development, plus the Wildwood change‑of‑use, to the appropriate boards and commissions.
