The Minneapolis City Council adopted the meeting agenda by roll call early in the March 25 session; nine members voted aye and the motion carried.
The meeting’s sole substantive item was a briefing by Guidehouse on municipal revenue options. Presenters completed their slide deck near the end of the briefing but the council lost quorum during questions. With quorum no longer present, the clerk received and filed the Guidehouse report for the record and the meeting was adjourned.
Recorded action items
- Agenda adopted (roll call): nine ayes, motion carried.
- Guidehouse report on alternative municipal revenue sources: received and filed for the record (clerk action after quorum was lost).
