Board approves budget transfers, year-end financial resolutions and policy on negative student meal balances

Cindy added a new year-end resolution to address negative student meal balances, a district requirement intended to resolve outstanding meal charges before year-end. Resolution 108-2023 approving the year-end financial resolution for 2023–24 was moved and approved by the board. Weekly warrants and other year-end financial documents were noted as available in the board’s shared drive.
