District presents culinary‑lab design, seeks special June meeting for bid approval; solar project timing uncertain

The board was briefed on procurement documents: updated AIA master agreements, architect deliverables, and a construction‑manager exhibit (Nicholas & Associates). Administration said it is negotiating the CM fee and intends to bring final contract documents to the May 28 board meeting so the project can be advertised for bid May 30.
