The council approved TP Ordinance 26-14, which amends Chapter 36 (planning and development) to require an applicant whose variance request was denied by the parish council to wait 12 months before reapplying. The council also adopted TP Ordinance 26-15, declaring the immovable property at 19451 Highway 40 in La Rongeau (District 2) surplus and authorizing its private sale, public auction or disposal; the ordinance authorizes the parish president to execute necessary documents. Council adopted TP Resolution R2616 to move forward with condemnation proceedings for a structure at 20052 Jones Lane, Ponchatoula (Assessment #1808508, District 9).
