Summary
At a brief April 27 workshop, the City of Pacific council heard department reports and by consensus forwarded four resolutions — a 250th time capsule, a Transpo Group agreement, a sewer lift station transfer-switch install, and an overlay project award — to the May 11 meeting for formal consideration.

The City of Pacific council convened a workshop on April 27 that focused on routine department briefings and the preliminary review of four resolutions the council agreed to place on the May 11 agenda.
On council consensus the workshop forwarded Resolution 2026-1039 (AB26-02), a proposal from the 250th Celebration Committee to place a time capsule, to the May 11 meeting for formal consideration. The council also agreed to forward Resolution 2026-1040 (AB26-030), which would authorize a professional services agreement with Transpo Group, to the May 11 agenda for action. In addition, the council forwarded Resolution 2026-1031 (AB26-031) to allow Tesla Electric to install transfer switches on three sewer lift station generators and Resolution 2026-1032 (AB26-032) to award the Ellingson Overlay Project to Tucci & Sons; both items were sent to the May 11 meeting by council consensus.
None of the four items were voted on at the workshop; the minutes record only the council consensus to move each item forward. The workshop notes do not include motion text, individual mover/second information, or vote tallies; those details, along with any contract terms, project costs, construction schedules and procurement findings, are to be included when the items return for formal action on May 11 unless the council or staff provide updated material before that meeting.
Council President Kerry Garberding opened and closed the workshop; the meeting record lists council members and city staff in attendance but shows no final determinations at the workshop itself.
The council will consider each resolution at its May 11 meeting, where the record should reflect formal motions, votes and any adopted conditions or amendments.
