One organizer told the group, "We can't talk about septic," as an example of the kinds of agenda topics they must avoid until a properly noticed meeting with a quorum is convened. Rather than continue, the group decided to adjourn informally, have staff reach out to commissioners to reschedule and to circulate potential dates. Organizers said they would use blind carbon-copy email for scheduling communications and aim to have five RSVPs so that a single dropout would not leave them without a quorum.
A participant who joined late identified themself as Belanda. Jonathan Knapp was noted as an online attendee but was not recorded as affecting quorum; staff asked whether he could be promoted to speak before the meeting ended.
No motions or formal votes were taken. The informal gathering concluded with participants exchanging thanks and agreeing staff would follow up to set a new, properly noticed meeting date.
