Mrs. Livinggood presented Section 15 finance items and asked the board to approve withdrawals from capital reserve — $345,000 for a temporary classroom unit at New Albany Elementary and $345,000 for a temporary unit at Eleanor Rush School — to cover the purchase and installation of two learning cottages. "That the board approves the withdrawal from capital reserve in the amount of $345,000 for the New Albany Elementary School temporary classroom unit," the agenda stated; the motion carried.
The board also authorized the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey to advertise for bids on lease‑purchase financing for three Wolfington school buses and approved a revised list of anticipated contracts for the 2024–25 school year. Among the contracts approved were an agreement with Cooper Health System for school specialty physician services and an agreement with Insight Health for health services. The board approved a joint transportation agreement naming Cinnaminson the host district with Camden City.
Two settlement agreements were listed and approved as attached to the agenda: one with the Cinnaminson Education Association and one with "Altria" (as described in the meeting materials). The board also approved standing medical orders from the district school physician for the 2024–25 year, enabling school nurses to operate under those orders.
After an executive session, the board returned to public session and approved an action authorizing the superintendent to enter into a lease agreement with Colonial Square Associates for premises at 2103 Branch Pike following review by board counsel (Section 16 A2). The motion passed.
