Covington places opioid-settlement participation and tax-relief allocation on April 14 agenda

Crowder seconded the motion and it passed with all seated members voting "aye." The council also placed corrected meeting minutes for March 3 and March 10 work and regular sessions and joint minutes with Alleghany Highlands Public Schools on the consent agenda.
