Clearfield County signs off on $6.4 million in bills and several personnel changes

The minutes indicate the board approved those payments.
The commissioners also approved personnel changes. New hires recorded in the minutes included Tessa Irvin, part‑time deputy/sheriff (effective Feb. 17, 2026), and three telecommunicators for 911 — Arron Conaway, Bradley Koster and Kayla Gregory — each effective Feb. 23, 2026. Separations and retirements recorded with effective dates included Darlene Litz‑Gross (Controller’s Office, effective Jan. 2, 2026), Scot Hayes (Corrections Officer/Jail, effective Jan. 21, 2026), Mike Barnyak (Maintenance Worker II/Jail, effective Jan. 30, 2026), Amy Carnevale (Corrections Officer/Jail, effective Feb. 3, 2026), Stephen Parks (Deputy Sheriff, effective Feb. 10, 2026), and Margie Rosselli (Victim Witness Coordinator/District Attorney’s Office, effective Feb. 23, 2026). The minutes list two FMLA/leave notices: Employee 1523 (FMLA beginning on or about Feb. 25, 2026, for 12 weeks) and Employee 1850 (FMLA Jan. 30–Feb. 13, 2026).
The board approved the meeting minutes from Jan. 27 on a motion by Commissioner Sobel, seconded by Commissioner Glass. Approval of the bills and the personnel changes was recorded as moved by Commissioner Sobel and seconded by Commissioner Glass; the minutes state those motions carried unanimously.
