The board accepted an anonymous $100 donation to the student services department. A trustee offered thanks to the anonymous donor during the acceptance.
On the Williams uniform-complaints report (covering Oct. 1, 2025, through Dec. 31, 2025), Dr. Huang told trustees that "there are no complaints received during quarter 2." The board approved the quarterly report.
Trustees also approved a classified miscellaneous salary schedule, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Superintendent Shefferly noted the change was on the agenda "due to the increase in minimum wage of $16.90," and trustees discussed adjustments for roles including childcare workers, game help and ASB positions. The motion to approve the salary schedule passed unanimously as recorded.
All votes on consent items, donations, the Williams report and the salary schedule were recorded as carrying by unanimous roll call at the meeting.
