District outlines instructional priorities and expands early‑warning MTSS system ahead of school year

Board members asked how the district will monitor program fidelity and how supports will be staffed; Jensen and other leaders said they will use weekly data reviews, principal coaching, and instructional rounds (non‑evaluative classroom visits) to track implementation and tailor supports. The superintendent later noted the board approved purchases in the consent agenda to extend MTSS tools districtwide and fund initial design and construction work on planned facilities.
District leaders emphasized professional learning during pre‑planning and summer sessions as part of the rollout and said they will provide weekly data reports to principals and central office leaders to monitor progress.
