PANGUITCH, Utah — Panguitch City’s April 28 packet included four new business-license applications that the council will consider: a liquor-package retailer, a hotel, a sole-proprietor outdoor-adventure business, and a downtown restaurant.
The applications filed with the city list Boots Booze Liquor (Buck Skin Pony LLC) to operate a liquor-package store at 24 E 100 N; the application names Matthew Lamas as owner and Sydney Lamas as manager and records a total fee of $75. The application form flags applicable health and state licensing requirements for alcohol retailers.
AACHI LLC submitted a hotel license application for the Color Country Hotel at 526 N Main; the filing includes manager contact information and standard licensing fees. BW’s Adventures, a sole proprietorship operated by Elizabeth Ann Blair, applied to operate at 229 W 200. The 89 Table LLC filed for a restaurant/food-service license at 41 N Main; the application lists Angelo Amores Aguilar, Aaron Reyes Holguin and Kevin Villa Lupercio as owners, provides a health-inspection permit number, and records a $25 license fee.
