The Ottawa County Board of Commissioners met Monday, May 4, 2026, and unanimously approved routine claims, multiple property sales, an equipment trade under Resolution 2026-14, a courthouse security monitoring agreement and a letter of support for transfer of federal excess property to the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma.

By resolution, the commissioners authorized Disposal/Trade Resolution #2026-14: District 3 will trade its 2016 Caterpillar roller/dual drum compactor (Model CB68B MP1C, Serial # C6800101) for a 2015 Caterpillar CB34B XW utility compactor (Serial # 042500156).
