KANDIYOHI COUNTY, Minn. — Kandiyohi County commissioners on Feb. 17 approved two resolutions to move forward with auctions of tax-forfeited properties under procedures prompted by the Minnesota Supreme Court's Tyler v. Minneapolis ruling.
