I also in addition, I move that doctor Jones be allowed to hire anyone that needs to be hired. We will ratify them in August and pay any bills that need to be paid." The motion was seconded and carried on a voice vote.
Trustees discussed adding personnel items to the June 24 meeting as needed and removing strict time constraints on public participation beginning in August. The board instructed staff to proceed under the usual hiring protocols (background checks and procedures) and to report hires for formal approval at the August meeting.
