Dallas County levies additional assessments for Drainage Districts No. 36 and No. 22

Similarly, Resolution 2026-006D levied an additional assessment of $77,708.02 for Drainage District No. 22 on the same basis, to be spread on the tax books with deferred payments bearing interest at 7%. Both resolutions were approved by motion from Supervisor Brad Golightly, seconded by Supervisor Kim Chapman, and recorded as all ayes.
The resolutions direct the county auditor to spread the special assessments on the tax books in the same ratio as the original assessments; the minutes include the percentage ratios used to calculate the additional levies but do not list the full schedule of affected parcels or individual assessment amounts in the public minutes.
