At 7:34 p.m. Sarah Grcevich moved to adjourn the closed session (seconded by Thelander); that motion carried 7-0.
Separately, earlier in the agenda the board approved a boundary guiding change and directed the boundary committee to convene in October; that motion passed 7-0. The meeting record does not disclose the contents of the closed session discussion, consistent with the statutory exception cited.
