Lynette Hodson, the School Services representative, told trustees the deliverable is a written report with recommendations and said the process is expected to include committee work and community meetings, with a goal of returning recommendations by April 2026.
A set of after‑school program contracts received approval: Latchki Alternative Center LLC was awarded a contract for the 2025–26 school year to operate the FDR after‑school program (board materials listed the contract at $334,800, funded by after‑school/expanded‑learning streams); the board also approved proposed contracts with the City of Daly City Parks & Recreation and the American Youth Soccer Organization for district expanded‑learning services.
The board accepted the retirement of James Adams, special education director, effective July 1, 2025, and moved on a first reading of CSBA’s March 2025 board‑policy updates.
