The initial roll‑call on the resolution was split: Council member Wood, Council member Wetstone and Council member Harmon voted No; Council member Christensen, Council member Nordfelt and Mayor Lang voted Yes. Two similar agreements were approved that evening. Resolution 25‑157 authorizes a lease‑purchase for property at 3900 South 4000 West with a $50,000 earnest payment, $2,000 monthly lease for 24 months and a listed final purchase price of $2,550,000.
