The Princeton Planning Board on April 9 approved minutes from its Feb. 19 and March 19, 2026 meetings after motions and seconding votes.
At the start of the meeting staff member Justin reminded board members that the state-mandated financial-disclosure forms are due April 30 and warned that the state will fine members who fail to file; he said reminders would be sent. The chair announced that Joe Maraziti would serve as the board's counsel for the meeting in place of Jerry Muller, who was unavailable.
The board had no other business on the agenda and adjourned after confirming that the Toll NJ site-plan application would be carried to a May 7 hearing for full review and public comment.
