The Princeton Planning Board on April 9 carried the preliminary and final major site development application filed by Toll NJ LLC for 29th Fanet Circle (Block 5502, Lot 5, Zone AH-14; file P-2525-712) to a hearing scheduled for May 7, 2026.
Chair Wilson opened the hearing on the Toll NJ application, confirmed that statutory notice had been mailed and published, and said the board had jurisdiction to act. Owen O'Donnell moved to postpone the matter to May 7 "without further notice," citing the completed mailing and publication; Ms. Perlmutter seconded.
Clerk Deirdre called the roll. The vote recorded affirmative responses from Mr. Bottingheimer, Mayor Freda, Mr. McGowan, Ms. Nuka, Mr. O'Donnell, Ms. Perlmutter, Ms. Wilson-Anderson and Chair Wilson; Ms. Swimmer was later added to the record and also voted yes. The motion carried.
The board indicated the application will be heard and public comment taken at the May 7 meeting. The postponement was procedural: the board recorded jurisdiction based on the posted and mailed notices and set the next hearing date. No substantive testimony or deliberation on the merits of the site plan occurred on April 9.
The board had no other agenda business and adjourned for the evening.
