The consent agenda (items A–H) was moved, seconded and approved by roll call. The manager noted the warrants amount at the meeting and the clerk recorded the unanimous votes.
In appointments, the council nominated and by acclamation confirmed Samuel Loose as a regular member of the historic preservation commission; the clerk declared the motion carried and congratulated Mr. Loose.
