Wildwood Crest commissioners adopt four ordinances, approve emergency back‑beach work and multiple contracts

In resolutions and contracting actions the commission:
- Accepted work and authorized release of performance bonds and acceptance of maintenance bonds for the beach patrol headquarters renovation and Orchid Road reconstruction projects; - Authorized a borough engineer work order for a NJDOT local transportation project fund application (not to exceed $2,000) and amended the 2025 municipal budget to account for additional Recycling Tonnage Grant funding; - Approved contract increases and awards including a $110,000 increase to legal services (Mark Heinselman/Lowenstein Sandler) and a professional‑services contract to Concord Engineering for construction management (not to exceed $7,750); - Authorized emergency contracting for back‑beach fill and paving work, including an asphalt paving contract not to exceed $149,537.50.
