Staff corrected an earlier line-item quote that had overstated costs: the updated vendor quote reported to the board was about $27,578, more than $100,000 below an earlier number included in the packet after staff reduced the number of hard copies (relying on digital access) and consolidated bundled consumable elements.
The materials are on public display for community review through July 16; staff will collect input and present the adoption item to the board at the July 17 meeting.
