Commissioners asked about operational details and suggested scheduling plans for sweeping downtown and having spare replacement brush sets on hand. One commissioner supported an internal zero-interest loan from the electric enterprise fund provided repayment terms are formalized; staff said they will present detailed options and a recommended procurement path when they return with firm quotes.
