Terodine Consultants' representative, Craig Sweet, described design changes to meet form‑based code, a filter strip and swale to address wetland and drainage concerns, and 25 on‑site parking spaces.
Multiple neighbors had raised concerns about drainage and proximity; during board review, a member said the bank letters provided (which verified only that applicants have business banking relationships in good standing) did not constitute sufficient evidence of the financial capacity to complete the subdivision. The board amended a motion to continue the application and required the applicants to provide adequate financial information and return at the December meeting.
The motion to postpone passed; staff will expect more complete financial documentation and final plan recordation before any building permits would be issued if the application returns approved.
