Events and recreation: Commissioners announced a Bandshell groundbreaking tentatively scheduled for next Friday between 1 and 2 p.m., with a beautification-committee donation pledged to the project, and staff noted summer camp registration (class-one programs) is slated to open March 3 but could be delayed pending a fee review at the March 13 meeting.
