The Toka/Atoka Lake Reservation Association adopted a resolution of appreciation for Mitch Logan at its March 12, 2026 meeting, thanking him for more than 36 years of service to Oklahoma City and the reservation authority and noting his retirement effective May 7, 2026. The board read the resolution, which records Logan’s start date with the city as April 19, 1990, his promotion in 2010, and his current role as water supply mechanic supervisor for the southeast water supply division.
Logan, who was recognized for work on pump replacements, pump rehabilitations, motor installations and electrical upgrades at multiple pump stations, told the board, “It’s been a good career. I’ve enjoyed working with people.” He thanked colleagues and said time had passed quickly during his 36 years of service.
Board members said Logan’s detailed knowledge of the pipeline system and his coordination with contractors and engineers contributed to uninterrupted service for wholesale customers along the line. Members noted the operational and economic importance of the southeastern Oklahoma workforce that supports pipeline operations and thanked Logan for his leadership. The board took a photo after the presentation.
Logan’s retirement date is listed in the resolution as May 7, 2026. No further action was taken on the item.
