Proposed hours were stated as Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–9:00 p.m., Friday–Saturday 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Applicant witnesses said 421 Pearl Street would provide 44 off‑street parking spaces (including six employee spaces) and that the program’s scheduling reduces peak parking demand. Counsel asked the board to approve the special exception; board members asked clarifying questions about the student population and recommended the applicant consider combining the three lots for permitting efficiency. No final vote was taken; the board said it will issue a written decision next month.
