The agreement specifies which jurisdiction will perform snow and ice removal and which will maintain the roadway surface for listed segments including Wabash Avenue, Harry Langdon Boulevard, Valley View Drive, Longview Loop and others. The resolution and attached exhibit list segment lengths and responsibilities—for some segments the county performs snow removal and maintenance while for other segments the city assumes snow removal or maintenance, or shares maintenance costs.
County Engineer Andy Wicks appeared before the board to open proposals on a separate RFP earlier the same meeting; the right‑of‑way agreement was passed as a separate action. The agreement was authorized by board resolution and will be effective upon execution by both the county and the city.
