Wyoming council proclaims April 24 Arbor Day; tree-planting set for April 25

On a motion made and seconded at the meeting, the council approved the proclamation. Council members were invited to attend the tree-planting event.
The proclamation designates Friday, April 24, 2026 as Arbor Day for the city and public participation is encouraged at the April 25 planting.
