Bernards Planning Board approves minutes, defers Fellowship Village parking review and sets next hearing date

At its Sept. 16 meeting the board approved July minutes (with three abstentions), postponed the Fellowship Village parking report to Oct. 21, and cancelled the Oct. 7 meeting; administrative matters and member comments closed the session.
The Bernards Township Planning Board approved the minutes of its July 22, 2025 regular meeting by roll call with three abstentions recorded. Earlier in the meeting the board agreed to defer the annual parking report for Fellowship Village to the Oct. 21 meeting at the applicant’s request.
The chair noted a light calendar moving into fall and announced the October 7 meeting will be cancelled. Members exchanged brief comments and staff had no additional items. The meeting was adjourned after the Board of Education capital review testimony and motions were completed.
